How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. U.S. standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. International orders may take 7-21 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping promotions may be offered during select times.  Any active offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

What size should I order?

Our tees fit true to size. For a relaxed streetwear fit, consider sizing up. Please refer to the size chart on each product page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at len@buddywhupboutique.com.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
